Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to the Mojify app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by TurnaWorks (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.
Important: Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Actions
- ✕Attempts to extract the source code of the Application
- ✕Translate the Application into other languages
- ✕Create derivative versions of the Application
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Service Modifications
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason.
The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Data & Security
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application.
Security Warning
The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device.
Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Third-Party Services
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
Internet Connectivity
Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider.
Connection Requirements
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
Data Charges
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges.
By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming.
If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, they assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Eligibility and Age Requirements
This Application is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use this Application.
Children's Privacy Protection
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete such information from our servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can take the necessary actions to remove that information.
User Responsibility
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application.
Device Maintenance
For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Liability Limitations
In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.
User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or share via the Service. You must ensure that you have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and distribute such content.
Age Verification
By uploading content, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal right to use and share the content you upload.
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license as described in the License Grant section below.
Acceptable Use & Restrictions
To maintain a safe, fair, and reliable environment for all users, you agree to use the Service responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. Any use that interferes with service integrity, circumvents safeguards, or results in excessive or unintended system load is not permitted.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload, post, or share content that:

- ✕Infringes intellectual property or proprietary rights
- ✕Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
- ✕Is sexually explicit, exploitative, or pornographic
- ✕Promotes violence or illegal activity
Usage Restrictions
To ensure fair use and platform stability, you agree not to:
- ✕Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or infrastructure
- ✕Generate excessive, repetitive, or automated requests — including repeated use of identical inputs — beyond intended usage limits
- ✕Bypass, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other protective measures
- ✕Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to access or interact with the Service without authorization
- ✕Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law
Violations of these rules may result in temporary limitations, suspension, or termination of access to the Service, depending on severity and impact.
Copyright Infringement & DMCA
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyright-protected work has been posted without authorization, please follow our DMCA takedown process.
How to Report Copyright Infringement
To report copyright infringement, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- A screenshot or description of the infringing content
- Your contact information (name and email address)
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
We have a policy to disable or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in accordance with applicable law.
License Grant
By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.
Upon termination, your unique client ID and any associated data may be permanently deleted from our servers. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Artificial Intelligence
The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide certain features or services. By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that AI may be used to process data and deliver functionalities.
The Service Provider ensures that all AI usage complies with applicable laws and is designed to benefit the user experience.
Updates & Termination
Application Updates
The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.
Service Termination
The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you.
Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination:
- (a)The rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end
- (b)You must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes.
The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
